• Photographs taken during events will be displayed on our stall/stand and on our web-site. Should any parents or guardians wish this not to be done they should contact us immediately, and the photograph(s) will be removed from public view without any further questions asked.
• No adult or young person will be identified.
• No personal or contact details of young people, of any sort, will be published
• Photographs of people are only used to identify shots taken, so that prints can be ordered.
• ‘Inappropriate’ photographs taken will be deleted, as will photographs that might cause embarrassment or ridicule to the child.
• Names and addresses of people ordering photographs will be made available to the organizers or the police should they request it.
• We reserve the right to uphold orders while certain checks are carried out for suspicious ordering (see previous statement)
• No pictures showing the exterior of any headquarters, clubhouse or meeting place will be published.
• For the web site, the quality of photographs is deliberately reduced to:
  a) improve the time to load a page
  b) make it harder to identify unknown individuals
  c) make it harder to make copies if the pictures for unauthorized uses.
• The web site will not be registered with any 'search engine'.  It is acknowledged that such systems do automatically search the world wide web but their results generally give priority to registered sites.
• The web site will only register a link to our address with the Event Organisers web site, where visitors to our site will need a ‘password’ to access the pictures of the event.
• No future event details will be published on our web-site.
